March 2009 once again saw lots of Holy Trinity folk head for Sneaton Castle Hotel and Conference Centre in Whitby for a weekend away.
This year over 70 people from age 2 upwards attended. The sessions for children focused on the challenge of Proverbs 3:5 to 'Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.' The sessions for adults looked at the theme of being on a journey with God - where are we on that journey?
As well as these sessions of teaching, learning and exploration, the weekend included plenty of time to eat and drink together, build relationships and take part in activities on and off-site.
There was also a show on the Saturday evening that sometimes involved talent but all times was great fun.
